Develop Winky's new protein pudding line and refresh their brand to have shelf-stopping impact.

Winky took their gelatin dessert to the next level by entering the protein market — proving once and for all that everyday should be a cheat day.

Winky spotted a chance to break into the protein pudding space while giving their brand a much-needed refresh. Their kid-friendly identity had grown stale and outdated, and the protein pudding launch offered the perfect opportunity to create something new while modernizing the brand.

The objective was simple: stand out on crammed shelves with packaging that immediately catches your eye and makes you reach for it. The concepts range from warm and welcoming to a little bit outrageous, each offering a unique visual identity that remains authentically Winky.

Though the client went in a different direction, I'm proud of these 3 concepts and wanted to share ‘em.
